Deer Tiramisu

Suede tiramisu - Lilie Bakery

Notice to lovers of Fallow Deer ... These Deer Tiramisu you should like it a lot! How not to succumb to the chocolate caramel flavor of these Swedish candies? In a creamy tiramisu, the combination is perfect ...

Le Tiramisu, it is really the ideal dessert: it is prepared quickly and easily. The result is always there and in addition it comes in many different flavors!

How to make these Tiramisu aux Daims?

The basis of this recipe is a fine tiramisu creamy mascarpone. I kept the coffee side to quickly dip cookies in with a spoon but if you don't like coffee you can do without.

The originality comes from the Daims, these little chocolate-caramel candies added to the recipe. I melted them with cream, which created a deer cream ! It is this cream that coats the spoon cookies in the tiramisu.

Finally for the decoration, I mixed additional Deer. You can also add pieces of Fallow Deer inside for crisp.
