Cherry & Lime Lemonade

There are days that we would like to last for weeks, like this episode of heat which has gripped the country lately. Even in Brittany (!) We let ourselves be lulled by the hot wind until the evening, a pleasure to alternate swimming in salt water and lazing in the garden. In short, a taste of summer. And it seems that it will be hot in the summer this year… In short, weather forecast is over! I am talking to you today about a nice refreshing drink that I had the opportunity to make with the first cherries of the season. A sparkling cherry and lime drink that can be sipped endlessly! If if I swear to you. Not too much sugar, a subtle fruity aroma (thank you cherries) and a refreshing hint of lime and bubbles. Happiness in a bottle, I tell you.

The good news is that this lime cherry lemonade is super easy to make, as long as you have a blender (and the 4 ingredients of this recipe - yes 4 - no more). And for people who are sensitive to this subject, know that this is a completely vegan recipe.

Lemonades are really my favorite thing when the weather is hot: the idea of a smoothie at this time of year appeals to me less, or with ice cubes. But in terms of texture, I still prefer small sparkling bubbles. Nothing better to give yourself a boost when it's hot.

I advise you to make this lemonade and to taste it directly afterwards (do not make it in advance), it would lose its bubbles, it would be a shame ...

Here is my recipe:

Hello, haven't you filtered it because I'm afraid the cherries will leave a little skin?
    Thanks, that looks delicious!

This recipe looks really perfect to me with the weather in recent days, only I wonder if it will need to be filtered before adding the sparkling water to avoid having pieces of cherries?
