Testing the new KitchenAid Artisan 185 food processor

Kitchenaid Food Processor Lilie Bakery

Today a subject that pleases many of you: the food processor Kitchenaid ! And more particularly, I would like to present the Kitchenaid Artisan 185 robot. You already know, I have been a fan of KitchenAid robots since the beginning of the blog, that is to say 7 years ago now. A brand that I use a lot for my daily preparations (robot, blender) and with which I collaborate regularly.

If you follow my blog, you might remember my posts on the KitchenAid Mini food processor and KitchenAid Artisan food processor last year. Today, I'm talking about the latest addition to the American brand: the robot KitchenAid Artisan 185 which I had the pleasure of testing recently.

This is a new premium edition of the Artisan robot, “THE” iconic robot of the brand created in 1919 (almost a century old!). On this occasion, the brand created 4 unique colors for this model: the purple (which you see in my photos - a very elegant color, I like a lot), powder pink, azure and coral. Of course, other trendy colors are also available for this model, you can see them directly on the brand's official website.

In addition to the color, the little novelty is the premium finishes, the small refined details brought to the robot: the buttons and the accessories are entirely chrome-plated (which is not the case on the other robots of the brand), the bowl of 4,8L with a polished / frosted finish for the touch of elegance (another 3L bowl is delivered in addition).

On the performance side, nothing to say compared to what I know of the brand, it's always a pleasure to make it his clerk;) Whites beaten to snow in a few moments, ditto for the whipped cream. And these are just a few of its functions ... Like the other robots of the brand, you can add all the optional accessories.

And you, what do you think of this new edition? Is it a color you would see in your kitchen?

Another nugget from Kitchenaid !! The purple color is sublime, the chrome details are phew. I have remained faithful to my red empire artisan for 3 years but he would like a little brother to multiply the pastries hei! Superb article once again, simple and effective.
