Running out of ideas to gently end your end-of-year meals?
I offer you this gourmet tiramisu which combines two No. 1 holiday ingredients: chocolate and chestnuts!
Like all tiramisu (!), It has the advantage of being quick and easy to prepare.
I loved the combination of the two flavors (chocolate / brown), it works wonderfully!
PS: the Gavottes shown in the photo are optional :-) but as a true Breton that I am, I love to accompany my desserts by the glass ...
Recipe for 6 tiramisu (glasses, not verrines = we are greedy or we are not!)
- Start by preparing the chocolate / chestnut cream. Heat 10cl of whole liquid cream in a saucepan.
- Break 60g of dark chocolate pastry into pieces.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, stirring to create a ganache.
- Add 250g of vanilla chestnut cream (I use the one from the Minerve brand). Mix well and set aside.
- Then make the mascarpone cream. In a container, mix 2 whole eggs beaten beforehand, 200g of mascarpone, 20cl of whole liquid cream and 80g of sugar.
- Homogenize everything, and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Then pour into the bowl of the food processor and whip so that the cream thickens like whipped cream (about 5 minutes, medium speed).
- Then set up the glasses. Arrange pieces of boudoirs in the bottom of the 6 glasses (need about fifteen boudoirs in total). Then cover with chocolate / chestnut cream. Then gently pour in the mascarpone cream.
- Decorate with bitter cocoa powder. Keep cool until ready to serve.
Even better the next day ...
