I say a big YES to the comforting recipes this season, those that we prepare with joy on rainy afternoons (and others too). Like these White Chocolate, Macadamia and Cranberry Cookies: both crunchy and slightly sweet, the perfect cookies to dip in your cup of tea / coffee for a little break.

The combination of macadamia nuts and white chocolate is really ideal. If you have trouble getting your hands on macadamia nuts (I found these in organic coop), you can also try the recipe with cashews for example. Dried cranberries bring their tangy touch, it's not for nothing that it's one of my favorite dried fruits!

For the sugar, I use whole sugar in this recipe. You can find it in organic coop of course but it is also sold today in supermarkets (organic section). It's a healthier alternative to refined sugar, think about it when recipes allow.

And if not, you saw this pretty Kitchenaid Artisan robot ? I had already told you about it in this article, it is the premium model launched by the brand a few months ago. So I have been testing it for a while in the kitchen, what I can tell you today is that its capacity is very comfortable (4,8L bowl) and its “purple” color is just stunning. It is also one of the new exclusive colors for this model. It comes with an additional 3L bowl and 3 chrome accessories (whisk, flat beater and dough hook).

So as the holidays are approaching, and you may want to decorate your kitchen with a nice KitchenAid robot, I am offering you a promo code to use on the brand's official website:

30% reduction on the purchase of a 4,8L Artisan Pastry Processor in cream, red, black or gray

(CODE: BSM2530 to be entered in your basket)
