Instructions:
At least 24 hours before: peel the bananas and cut them into small sections. Place them in a freezer bag and then in the freezer.
On D-Day, take out the bananas about 10 minutes before starting the recipe.
In the bowl of the blender or food processor, place the bananas and mix to make them creamy (high speed). Scrape the edges with a spatula.
Add the frozen raspberries and mix again until you get a smooth texture.
Pour into an ice cream container or other container, then place in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up. You can also consume directly after the blender, the texture will be very melting.
Notes:
Can be stored for several weeks in the freezer in its container covered with cling film or in a completely airtight container.
