Académie Croustillante Gavottes: take part in my workshops!

On this last weekend of August, it's time for me to tell you about one of my projects for this fall. If you have been following my blog for some time, in addition to my Instagram account, you will know that I regularly collaborate with the Breton brand Gavottes, famous all over the world for its lace crepes. This year, the Gavottes brand is launching its first pop-up store in Paris, in the heart of the 1st arrondissement.

During this event called the Crispy Academy, you will have the opportunity to participate from Tuesday 19 to Sunday 24 September to gourmet workshops led by 4 food bloggers. An event with which the Maison Pierre Hermé Paris® is also associated.

During these workshops, you can discover how to use the lace crepe in sweet and savory recipes with ease (in order to easily remake them at home).

When the Gavottes brand asked me to imagine my two recipes for the workshop, I thought about the coming fall and our future “comfort food” desires to face rainy weekends! So I proposed these two delicious and deliciously crispy recipes: Crispy cookies with lace pancakes, salted butter caramel, milk chocolate and Vanilla cupcakes filled with Gavottes® crispy spread. You see, perfectly the type of recipe that one imagines tasting at snack time, softly sitting on his sofa :)

During this week of Crisp Academy, each blogger will realize his workshop day, as far as I'm concerned it will be the September 19th, 2017

To register for the workshops (free, but places are limited), you can go to the dedicated booking page set up by the brand.

You can also try to win the few places that I put into play today for my workshop day:

  • Workshop 1. - from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Workshop 2. - from 12 a.m. to 13 p.m.
  • Workshop 3. - from 13 a.m. to 14 p.m.
  • Workshop 4. - from 16 a.m. to 17 p.m.
  • Workshop 5. - from 17 a.m. to 18 p.m.

(nb: I can't tell you which recipe will be made at which time slot)

    Me rather time slot 16 p.m. / 18 p.m. Yes, I have already used the gavottes crushed with melted chocolate (dulcey) and I use them to make the bases of my chocolate domes a killer, the gavottes remain crisp ... so maybe see you soon Lilie!

    This morning, the link was inactive and I could not register snif because I would like very much pastry with the gavottes… you thus allow us to have a second chance and for me whatever the niche I block this day. I created a cooking group on FB, "Celine's House Fairies".

    Hmm, that tempts me a lot, plus I often go to the Gavottes factory in Dinan to refuel. I am interested in the 12am - 13pm time slot. Thanks for the great recipes!
