Mini cinnamon sticks with Christmas spices ✨🎄Délici Mini-cannelés with Christmas spices ✨🎄Deliciously caramelized, and very simple to prepare in the mini-cannelés mold @lecreusetfrance! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, it's up to you to enjoy now 🥰 RECIPE x12 mini cannelés 250ml whole milk 15g unsalted butter 1tsp vanilla extract 0,5tsp 4 spice mix 1 egg 100g powdered sugar 50g flour Pinch of salt The day before, heat the milk and butter in a saucepan. Remove from the heat, add the vanilla and spices. Separately, whisk the eggs and sugar until white. Add the flour in several batches. Pour in the lukewarm milk and mix with a spatula, without insisting too much. Cover the container with film on contact and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Preheat the oven to 240° traditional heat. Grease each mold cavity with a brush with a little melted butter. Pour the dough, leaving 0,5cm of free edge. Bake for 10 minutes at 240° then lower to 190° for around 30 minutes. A soft crown cake with almond and chocolate chips, and its all-white icing 😍 I'll give you the recipe below 👇🏼 Table art signed @leclerc, to find in your store: “White Porcelaine” plates, “Lady Diamond” glasses and “Bagatelle Gold” gilded cutlery.⁠ ⁠ RECIPE:⁠ 180g softened unsalted butter⁠ 135g brown sugar⁠ 0,75 tsp bitter almond extract⁠ 170g flour⁠ 85g almond powder⁠ Pinch of salt⁠ 3 eggs⁠ 2 tbsp whole milk at temp. ambient⁠ 130g chocolate chips ⁠ 160g icing sugar⁠ 2-3 tbsp whole milk⁠ ⁠ Preheat the oven to 180° traditional heat. Grease a 1,5L bundt cake mold with melted butter then flour and tap off the excess. In a bowl, mix the flour, almond powder, yeast and salt. Separately, beat the soft butter and brown sugar until very creamy. Add the bitter almond extract. Add the eggs one by one, whisking between each. Add the dry ingredients in three batches, beating just until there is no more flour (no more). Pour the milk. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula. Pour into the buttered mold and cook for around 35 minutes (test with a wooden pick). Cool for 15 minutes then turn out onto a rack. ⁠ For the icing, mix the icing sugar and whole milk little by little until you have a creamy consistency. Pour over the cooled cake with a tablespoon.
